KaamNama can organize a work note, but it does not get authority to approve, diagnose, promise, send or silently fill missing facts.

Important extracted values retain the exact source words they came from. Unsupported amounts or claims are rejected or surfaced for review.
Customer messages, invoices, summaries and checklists are reviewable outputs. KaamNama does not send them automatically.
KaamNama uses external processing only when a requested feature needs it. Only the data needed for that feature is sent, and nothing is sent or submitted externally without an explicit product action and confirmation.
Anonymous recordings are deleted after transcription, with a bounded cleanup sweep for uploads left by a process interruption. Spoken summaries are generated only when you tap Listen and are not stored by KaamNama.
